Finding the Perfect Fit: The Sloan Fischer and Frichtel Home

Three years ago our Director of Sales Linda Linden sold a Grandview home to Ken and Jeanette Sloan. This was the second house the couple had purchased from Linda, the first being many years ago when she was selling for another builder in South County. The Sloans developed a wonderful relationship with Linda and in the process have cultivated a lasting one with Fischer and Frichtel, as well.

Ken and Jeanette had the following to say about their Fischer and Frichtel home:

"We feel we have a quality-built home and cannot say enough about the follow up after the sale. Although there were very few things that needed attention our 30-day and year-end checklists were handled very professionally. There was never any question as to whether or not something had to be done. If we had an issue, Fischer and Frichtel made certain we were satisfied with their product."

The Sloans had been living in a two-story home before deciding they wanted to downsize to a ranch. After visiting our showcase ranch home in Grandview they fell in love and decided it was their next home. Ironically enough, no downsizing was necessarytheir new home is larger than their original two-story!

The couple frequently entertains friends and family in their home, so the spacious interior of their Grandview home is perfect for them:

"We have been in our home in Grandview Subdivision in Sunset Hills for three years are delighted with it every day. Our entire experience with Fischer and Frichtel has been enjoyable."

Linda has really enjoyed working and developing a relationship with Ken and Jeanette, and continues to keep in touch with the couple.

When asked what advice they had for home buying prospects, the couple had this to say:
