Finding your Hot Passion Inside

Often times people fall in love with money more than their job. They dream about money, love it and hate it and then work like idiots in their chosen careers. These type of people wonder why they have so many problems, and everything around them just isn't so. It is often stated that if you love what you do you will keep doing it for the rest of your life. Ones love for his or her career will drive success like a mountain avalanche. If you love your career, chances are that you will succeed. Picking a career based on economic financial profits will do you no good. Once the money stops rolling, you're out! Selecting a career out of your inner desire will make you feel connected, loved, and financially independent. Looking for opportunities that make you rich will at some point stop, and your journey will abruptly end. Finding a job is hard and difficult in this economy but you'll be surprised when you use all of your talents, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses to find something worthwhile.

Not all people strive to find their inner passionate career, partly because it takes too much work. So, They take a random job that's being seen as good at the time. But this job limits their use of abilities and further frustrates the person. It will frustrate you to the point of insanity. You must find your inner strengths and weaknesses, your likes, what you desire most in life, what your hobby, and start from there. This usually does not happen right away, it takes lots of time and trial and error. Another part to this equation is to specialize and have little competition. If you can do that, then your golden! Finding a specific niche where competition is small takes countless hours and research. Making a killing working for somebody does not happen like you imagine it. It takes years of schooling just to get into a good organization or company and even then you're bullied like a horse to do everything. This is where you realize that no longer can I work for company A , I want to do my own thing. That's where your passion comes into play and you realize you can make a ton of money doing what you love. But how? There are many avenues to take, you can start a business, write a book or ebook (online pdf file) , or something else.

It takes serious intuition to see business opportunities. Some people see it, some don't. One virtue to remember is self employment. Being your own boss allows full use of your time and talent. Not being your own boss can get your fired or written up for some nonsense complaint. There are enormous benefits to being self employed countless. First off you can do whatever you damn please and even more. You are your own boss How cool is that! Making your own money, your time, and playing with your resources is just plain awesome. But why do so many people disengage their inner passion inside? Maybe someone told them in their prior years that the idea was stupid and did not make sense then. Maybe it was the grandparents who devalued their Childs idea. Maybe it was a professor who arrogantly told the student he or she wouldn't succeed without good grades. These are all examples of rejection and what it could do to a person if taken personally.

Rejecting a 16 year olds opinion of his inner passion is ethically wrong. Its morally wrong too! What gives you the right to choose a future for a student? No! The child should choose its own way. You are there to nurture his growth and guide him or her. College and going to school is such a clich now days. Becoming educated costs money and parents love to brag about their student who is going to college it's a way of setting your social status higher. With social status comes Ego and boy do parents become egotistical when their child graduates from a well known school or college. The real truth is parents at some point are so arrogant and blinded by their ego they offset it by doing good things and seemingly looking good overall. This faade becomes fabricated until the child just explodes his or her inner passion and jumps out of this social control.

A great way to nurture this inner desire is to surround yourself with likeminded people. Do not mingle amongst people with opposite interests this will eventually drive you nuts. Instead talk with likeminded individuals who understand the same pain and suffering you do. Who can relate to your success and guide you into the right direction your heart desires. Life can be nightmare when you hang out with the wrong crowd. Somehow I think I drifted off the original topic of following your inner passion but you understand the overall concept. The ones who are highly successful are people who have developed their inner passion and nurtured it until it has reached full potential. They live with it the rest of their life. Remember to find that inner passion inside your heart and focus on developing it. Don't worry about making lots money, that will happen on its own. Go!
