You've got to remember that your baby isn't the only one who is growing and changing during your pregnancy. Your own body has to adjust, these adjustments though aren't always pleasant and cosy. Being prepared for what lies ahead can help put your mind at rest.
One of the earliest changes and extraordinary changes in your body is your bazongas. Even in the first month of pregnancy, most girls will spot a change in size and tender to touch. The nipples will also start to get larger and darken. These changes spring from big quantities of oestrogen and progesterone being produced during the pregnancy. These hormones make the glands within your torpedos to expand in preparation for milk and breastfeeding once your baby is born. You may also notice veins in your breast area increase, this is because of increased blood supply to the juggs, do not fret though this is zilch to concern yourself with as this is a natural circumstance.
In the first trimester pregnancy you may experience intense fatigue. This can be a side-effect of the physical changes that your body is experiencing. This may also be pin-pointed to a big rise in your hormone levels. Your exhaustion will drop off round the 12th to 14th week of pregnancy. As this fatigue lessens you will feel more vital and nearly back to your pre-pregnant self. However when you get to the 30-34 week period you'll tire out again. Fatigue is nature's way of telling your body to get more rest, try and take a sleep in the day for an hour or 2 and trot off to bed earlier in the evening.
frequently the revulsion that strikes girls in the first trimester is worse in the mornings. This is thanks to the fact the stomach is empty at that point . But nausea isn't limited to the morning it can strike at anytime. It will sometimes start in the fifth to sixth week then becomes less grim by the end of the twelfth week. It can last longer if you're expecting twins or more. The cause of early morning sickness isn't 100 percent clear but seems to be related to HCG. ( Human chorionic gonadotropin, a hormone released by the placenta. )
You may hear some women claim that nausea is a sign that you are having an ordinary pregnancy. This claim is a parable, if you're not having morning sickness or vanishes early just think on yourself that you have had good fortune. It also a myth to how terrible your morning sickness is re the sex of your baby. So please don't go out decorating the child's room in blue simply because a so-called wise family member has told you that you're having a boy because your nausea has lasted two months longer than average.
