Five Tips for a Yeast Candida Diet
Here are some very important things to remember when following a yeast candida diet.
Tip 1:Here is a food list that you must avoid. Any foods with bread like pretzels, rolls, pastries, cookies, must be eliminated from your diet. Alcohol is a no no as well. Vinegar products such as mayonnaise, mustard, barbeque sauce, pickles, and salad dressing should be avoided. Also avoid moldy foods like cheese, dried, smoked or pickled meats, cured bacon, mushrooms, and some nuts like peanuts and pistachios. Staying away from sugar is the name of the game as well. Sugary foods contribute to many of the symptoms associated with yeast overgrowth. Our bodies sometimes even crave those types of foods like cookies, chocolate, soft drinks and maple syrup. We need to overcome those cravings. It can be done and your body will thank you when you avoid eating or limit the intake of those kinds of foods.
Tip 2: Try to avoid taking antibiotics if you don't have to. Antibiotics kill all the bacteria that get in its way. That means that it kills even the bacterial that we all need in our bodies. This is the reason why meat products need to be avoided on a yeast free diet. Farmers put antibiotics into their cows and such to make them meatier. We are eating that when we are eating meat! Makes you want to get organic meat, huh? I don't blame you!
Tip 3: Stop Stressing Out! Stress is the culprit to many diseases around the world. The constant worry about different things causes much of a strain on our bodies. This stress can egg on certain things in our bodies and it causes things to break down or not work properly. One of these things can be your body's ability to have a steady level of good and bad bacteria in your body. This imbalance causes many symptoms that are associated with yeast overgrowth. Taking the time to add exercise in your life might be the first step to lowering stress. Exercise usually produces endorphins that make you feel better and feel like you can conquer everything!
Tip 4: Eat 4-6 times per day. When you eat more times per day, this is much better for digestion and energy levels. Since your diet will consist of a lot of beans and vegetables, you are going to need to eat more often to ensure you don't get too hungry and start to crave the wrong foods.
Tip 5: People who suffer from yeast intolerance and does not eliminate these foods, they might suffer from bloating excess gas, diarrhea, and headaches. Yeast infections in the mouth and in the vagina are also associated with yeast intolerance. No one should have to live life like this and adopting more of a yeast free living will eliminate much of these symptoms. Avoiding yeast over a 2 6 week period is going to be your best bet to get rid of the toxins in your body so that you can start fresh and really pinpoint what foods cause you the problems that you might be experiencing.
Good Luck with your yeast candida diet!!
