Five natural treatments to conquer anxiety

Alter your body posture - even by doing something as basic as looking up towards the sky or jumping up and down - breaks the circle, cuts off the memory and changes your way of thinking.

Cut down the sugar in your life. Just by decreasing your consumption of cakes, biscuits, chocolate and processed foods has a profound effect on your body chemistry.
