1. Use Universal SIMCard Activation Card or PhoneBook Card to activate your Iphone due to a locked Iphone SIM Card will require carrier SIMcard to activate (if Iphone you have not yet activated)

2. Use JailbrakeME to jailbreak your iphone (if not in the jailbreak).

* After activate your Iphone's Safari browser and type "Jailbreakme.com" or "Jailbreakme.modmyi.com" if it fails to "Jailbreakme.com"

* Slide to jailbreak after which it will begin the process of downloading the data needed to process the jailbreak

3. Then turn on WIFI and connect to the WIFI network.

4. Open Cydia and update it.

5. Go to Manage -> Sources -> Tap on Edit and then tap on Add.

6. After finish tap on Add Source' and tap on Done'

7. After that tap on "Pushfix.info" have you input and search for "Hactivation Patch (Lockdown) "and tap on it, tap on Install and then Confirm to complete the Installation process

8. Once installed, you use "Ultrasn0w" to Unlock your Iphone.

* Note: If you had already Unlock your Iphone, now just do the steps above, input your SIM Card and restart your Iphone.
