During these tough economy times, good value at affordable pricing is a very important aspect for operating a successful business. The EZ Packing Replacement Seat is a revolutionary way to enhance the performance of a "new packing kit", but most importantly, fixes a "spitting" paint gun immediately in the field and can be installed in 2 minutes or less.

Joe Simms, a professional painter himself, has been painting for over 20 years in Tucson, Arizona. In 2000, Joe became frustrated when his gun began to spit in the middle of painting doors with acrylic water-based paint. While this happens to every professional painter in the world, he began to think of ways to fix this problem while on the job just so he could finish the day's work and go home. "There's nothing worse than a spitting gun in the middle or near the end of a hard day's job. Especially when you only have one gun to work with", says Joe. In 2000, Joe began searching for ways to prevent and fix spitting guns from his home shop. "The reason for a spitting gun is that you have a metal needle striking a metal diffuser nut. If your straining techniques are not clean and consistent, debris will pit the needle causing it to spit." Joe adds. A simple solution to the problem was to have a metal needle strike a specially designed nylon seat. Now you have metal striking nylon. Ten years later, Joe had the design and patent for his EZ Packing Replacement Packing Seat, his answer to fix this problem in the field. EZ Packing, for short, is a revolutionary nylon seat that fits snug inside the diffuser nut of professional Graco, Titan and Airlessco spray guns and can be used in conjunction with a new packing application and/or an existing or spitting needle. Tests have proven EZ Packing will allow up to an additional 500 gallons of paint sprayed before the gun needs to be repacked. EZ Packing will prolong the life of a new needle and we recommend installing one before spraying begins.
