1. The first phase involves stopping all system processes that are associated with trojan. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc all at once to open up the Windows Task Manager. Then select the "Processes" tab. Go to the Start menu and then click Run. If you are using Windows Vista, simply type in "Run" and then press Enter. Key in the word cmd in the window that pops up and press Enter to bring out the command prompt window. Once you're in, enter "regsvr32/u trojanDLLfilename.dl" and hit Enter in the keyboard.
