The purpose of reincarnation is for the soul to better itself, no one knows why except for the Hindus and Buddhists. Man wants to be perfect and this is his only opportunity to realize his dream. One life is not long enough so he must come back for he needs more time, being a wretched beast and, with a miracle, must perfect himself.
In monotheistic religions reincarnation is rejected for man has a one life, one body, one soul and one mind to undertake one life journey to proof himself in his tests and trials. Then he is summoned up on a day of reckoning to account for his or her own deeds and beliefs.
The resurrection of humans then on the day of judgment is meant to judge every person according to his own efforts in his earthly life. If a person answered the message of God favorably then his reward is eternal felicity and if he chose disbelief in God and His messages and did other evil deeds then he or she shall be punished in hell fire.
Evidently, if a person is reincarnated several times, or even one time, then he or she, cannot be judged, or held to account, according to his or her deeds, for there more one person, if not several, to be judged at one and the same time. Being rewarded or punished become useless and unjust for how many times each reincarnated person can be rewarded eternally or punished eternally.
The fact that there is one type of reward and one type of punishment in an eternal manner annuls all together the idea of reincarnation. It limits man's existence only to one time, for this one judgment and one reward and not two.
But, with your genius, you can establish the scientific proof for some cockroaches, like Obama, sarkozy, Jintao, Putin or a Bin Ladden or even a Kaddhafi, the validity of the idea of reincarnation.
