Peoples are proud to be a key partner of the Motability Scheme, allowing disabled drivers to exchange their mobility allowance for a suitable car of their choice. The Motability Car Scheme applies ifyou receive either: Higher Rate Mobility Component (HRMC) of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA), or War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS).

Peoples Ford Motability has a nil advanced payment offer' on Ford KA, Ford Fiesta, Ford Focus and Ford Fusion.

There are two different schemes available: Contract Hire - A new car on a three-year contract hire lease and Hire Purchase - A new car on hire purchase, over two to five years.

The most popular option at Peoples Ford is the Contract Hire Scheme, because of the convenience of a single, regular payment that includes comprehensive insurance, maintenance and breakdown cover. This includes:

New car every three years

Free tyres

Insurance

Road tax

Servicing, maintenance and repairs

Breakdown cover

Window or windscreen replacement

Advance Payment maybe required

The Contract Hire package also means that you can choose notto drive. You can nominate up to two drivers who may be friends orrelatives. With the Hire Purchase agreement, it is normally expected that you will be receiving the allowance for the full length of the agreement.
