despite the fact there appears to be widespread and systemic flaws in our foreclosure system. We must be sure that foreclosures are carried out properly, according to the letter of the law. I would rather see foreclosures suspended temporarily to make sure everything is being done properly than to have to fix issues with foreclosed properties after the fact.
