It is very hard to believe that there can be any phenomenon that can be as splendid as the Jersey Boys
. The respective musical is rated as being one of the top money generating musicals ever on Broadway. It manages to break the box office record wherever it plays.
Much hype is created about this musical and it always lives up to the expectations. The musical titled Jersey Boys tour has just arrived in the previous last week at the venue of the Providence Performing Arts Center and has been rightly given glowing reviews. The story is much intriguing and several golden oldies have been tossed in. as far as the singing is concerned, specifically the high notes that are hit by Joseph Leo Bwarie, is nothing short of totally fabulous.
Jersey Boys tells the story of a sixties rock sensation named Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. The book writers named Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, who had declined an offer to pen a jukebox musical titled Mamma Mia! employing the usage of the Four Seasons songs, had come across the untold story of a group of four lads who hit the jackpot and go from being blue-collar criminals who are involved in petty crime to becoming pop sensations. It is a tale that keeps you glued to the screen leaning forward to see what is going to happen next.
Although at some points in the musical it does seem that the things have begun to drag but its still ell worth your ticket.
This Broadway hit is going to be playing at the venue of the Civic Center on the 7th of July till the 25th, but prior to that they want you to become a part of KCCI. The first hundred people who will become KCCI/Jersey Boys Team members are ging to get a free Jersey Boys T-shirt.
