This tool provides real-time visitor tracking. The service streams the page-to-page activity of visitors straight to your desktop. Advanced features include audible event triggering and name tag integration.

This tool provides provides real-time stat tracking and can alert you when a visitor performs a particular action on your site. It also features heat map technology that lets you see where visitors are clicking.
Clicky
Like Snoop Clicky prides itself on providing real time analytics. The UI is very intuitive and functional, and there is also a dedicated iPhone version.
Piwik
Service is open source and built on PHP and MySQL platform. To use it, you have to install it on your own server, a simple process that only takes 5 minutes.
Yahoo! Web Analytics
Yahoo! Web Analytics is a free full featured enterprise analytics solution with powerful and flexible dashboards, segmentation tools, and campaign management features.

This tool is aimed at providing free and easy-to-understand web stats for bloggers. Currently the site is closed to new accounts but you can enter your e-mail for future notice. It's owned by Google and some of its technology was ported to Google Analytics.
