When you think of a diamond, what is the first thing that enters your thoughts

The first ring used to signify betrothal was given to Mary of Burgundy in 1477 by Archduke Maximilian of Austria containing a diamond in its natural crystalline state.

Although buying your loved one a romantic diamond ring to show how much you love her is a beautiful gesture, it can also be quite an expensive one. Diamonds are very rare, very beautiful and very expensive.
