Twitter, which has injected a vital $200m (129m) in new finance, has done so with the aid of two new directors which have been taken on board for the micro-blogging web platform.

Twitter advocates that the large investment has been attained from venture capitalist experts Kleiner Perkins Caulfield Byers and other such investors in existence. The fundraising process has been very remarkable enough.

There has been a steep ascent on Twitter's financial charts and this could be viewed as a sign of success for the web based company. Needless to say, their growth rate has been accredited to the conceptual innovative aspects of the services provided by them.

These characteristics of the services have been able to bring in a total of $360m since Twitter first initiated business in 2007.

The company has also since then appointed two new members to its board. There is Mike McCue, the entrepreneur of Flipboard and the boss of Google-owned digital ad technology company DoubleClick, David Rosenblatt.

However, this term that the two new directors are appointed for comes with its changes. And by changes we mean a number of personnel changes. The effect of these changes shall be seen at Twitter's mid level and upper level management.Thus, the latest exit from the company is not from the mid level but upper level management. And however surprising it may be, the vice president of product, Jason Goldman is the one to depart. His resignation was announced by him at the Le Web conference in Paris, on stage.

Twitter earlier relished their 25bn tweets that had been sent across the virtual channel in 2010 last week. They have been noted to implement numbers related figures in their latest news updates and this one is no different. Twitter, based in San Francisco, employs around 350 people.
