Why is it that computers are so important in our daily lives? The fact of the matter is that computers play an important role in our lives because we use them so frequently. If we didn't use computers as much as we do they might not be as important to us but the fact of the matter is that we need of that and we use them on a very frequent basis. If you work in manufacturing plant then you are perhaps familiar with the GE Fanuc series and the GE PLC series of component parts. If you don't work in a setting like this I'm sure you're familiar with the fact that there are Computer Systems operating around you all the time. Everything from your telephone to your automobile is powered in some way shape or form by computers. This is why computers are so important, it's because the so omnipresent that we really just can't avoid their presence in our lives. That's because computers are so ubiquitous in our lives that we all need to learn a little bit about them so we can just sort of get by on a day to day basis. As computers become even more ubiquitous in our lives, but undoubtedly they will, we will all need to learn even more about computers and technology. They really seems that the future is being shaped somewhat like a science fiction film where computers really control most aspects of our lives. Or at least they control aspects of our lives than they certainly dictate how we have to function in certain times in certain places in accordance with technology.
