Due to so much demands of HTC Desire,The manufacturers have to find a quick way to

resolve the problem of too much demands, that's why the manufacturers have to switch to the S-LCD even for existing models too instead of using AMOLED,Because we all know AMOLED is in short supply,that's why we have to cope up with S-LCD.

But if we compare there is too much difference betweenAMOLED andS-LCD.For example the HTC Desire with AMOLED has bluish screen, while theHTC Desire with S-LCD screen isyellow tint.

Now lets talk about the other differences.The Colors on the AMOLED screen are more vibrant and clear it seems like brightness is quiet higher than the S-LCD screen, which however has a more accurate color representation. The black levels is pretty much equal,if you judge by the photos.

The next big difference is, the S-LCD screen on the HTC Desire has a slight edge in sunlight legibility.Which provides you less consumption of power usage in the general case (though AMOLED has an advantage if it displays mostly black images). Well there is quite many differences if I tried to tell you then my this article will goes on and on.But I tell you the major differences which will help you in purchasing the HTC Desire.But there is no choice ,as all have to purchase the HTC Desire with S-LCD screen.Which is pretty boring and dull.
