Microsoft also has great 3rd party support from game developers, which gives the console great numbers of games that can be played. We know that 3rd party companies are great contributors to the success of a console and this is the reason why Xbox was able to compete with the game giants Nintendo and Sony.
Unfortunately, Xbox is more focused on hardcore gamers and this is their greatest weakness. Casual gamers may see this console as uninteresting because most of the games that it offers are not family-friendly.
