Gay people are the trail blazers. Previous generations have lead separate or closeted lives due to legal implications. This started to change in the 1970s, however then HIV and related illnesses decimated a generation.

The non gay and lesbian population looks on this diverse community as the party crowd, the crowd that pushes boundaries. And in some way they are right, the gay community has rallied together to push against the society blinkered view of the world, so it now has equal rights. Similar to the black movement in the 50s and 60s. Now we've got the same legal rights where to now?

Now the gay community has new issues to deal with. In the straight world there is a path to follow marriage, children and family. It may sometimes get mixed up by social change but it is still the accepted path. Gay men and lesbians have to establish their own path. Some may follow the route of marriage, children and family, but this is a minority.

This leaves a cohort of gay men and lesbians falling into the trap of the relationship cycle: dating, setting up home together, failure, breaking up, and back to dating. We have all experienced this, and each time we say this is the one, but then the cycle continue. With our unique method of life coaching we will help you find the personal tools to change this behaviour pattern.

New generations face the same issues: what should I do next? where am I going in life? what about career? which direction?. We will help you find the tools for change.

Gay men and lesbians have the same issues as the straight community, and they are equally important, however we focus more on the key areas of career, relationships and self image as these are the key components to which attention is directed.
