Cotton clothes are made with cotton fibers which are obtained from cotton trees and wool is obtained from the sheep. However, synthetic clothes are made with synthetic fibers which are obtained from various processes. The production of clothing of any type begins only after obtaining these fibers.

Handlooms and power looms are used for manufacturing the cotton clothes. These are the machines which are used to prepare different designs in the clothes as well. Some designs are made with specific colors whereas some others are made with printed yarns or fibers. On the other hand, the woolen clothes are made with colored woolen fibers which are produced in the factories. These are obtained in various colors right from the factories only. These clothes are made with specific designs which are prepared by the designers of these clothes.

The next step of production of clothing is probably the most important one. In this phase, the clothes are designed and are stitched by the tailors. The business of readymade clothes has been growing globally where world famous companies are competing with each other. The readymade clothes are also known as ready-to-wear clothes. The role of the designers of these clothes is increasing each and every day as the demand of these clothes is increasing globally. The business in this field is reckoned as one of the most successful businesses across the globe. Career in fashion technology is becoming a global demand and that is why the number of trainees in it is increasing as never before. The profession includes all departments of manufacturing of various types of clothes. The demand of qualified professionals is likely to grow in the time to come as well.
