1. You have to cut out that idea that your "cure" will come in a pill. Look, it's not going to help you to reach your goals, it's just going to make you a little more broke, and your body a little more broken if you try and find a way to get a fit and firm stomach from some magic little pill.

2. You have to make sure that you are getting enough protein from HEALTHY sources. A cheeseburger can pack a lot of protein, but it's not going to be the key to getting in shape. You want to focus more on eating lean meats or other low fat protein sources, so that you are not just feeding your body the protein that it needs, you are also keeping away the junk that it does NOT need.

3. You have to increase your fiber intake. Most people do not get enough fiber in their diet. Not only does fiber help you stay "clean" and regular, it also helps to keep you feeling full. Replacing the junky, white breads and pastas and replacing them with whole grain alternatives will help you to get the mandatory amount of fiber without having to drastically change your diet.

4. You have to focus on the RIGHT exercises to get a flatter stomach. Obviously, if you focus on the WRONG exercises, you are not going to hit your goal of revealing a new you with a much firmer, flatter stomach. The right exercise routine will not only help you achieve your goals in regards to getting a fitter tummy, it will also help to create the habit of staying in good physical condition.
