To get a flat stomach in 14 days seems impossible at first glance. Especially if you feel like you're extremely overweight and have no hope, or that you simply can't do it. Today I'm going to show you exactly how you CAN get a slimmer belly in a short amount of time without doing endless crunches or treadmill sessions!

The first thing we're going to talk about is what you are NOT going to do to get that thin tummy in the next 2 weeks.
1. You are not going to swallow a bunch of possibly harmful diet pills you bought because an advertisement showed you fake "before and after" pictures of people.
2. You are not going to stop eating all solid food and go on some silly liquid diet, which could deprive your body of needed nutrients.
3. You are not going to dramatically increase your workout activity to a dangerous level that overtaxes your heart, out of desperation and fear.
None of these things are a healthy or acceptable solution, and I can say this because Asian women don't do any of the above when they need to get a flat stomach in just 14 days, and our results are amazing.
Our space is limited in this short article, but here are two ways my Chinese Mother taught me to quickly get a flat stomach whenever I wanted, without suffering.
1. Cut out the salt, sugars, and white-carbohydrates for the next two weeks.
Salt, sugary sweets, and white-carbs (bread, pasta, rice, etc) are causing tremendous amounts of bloating and puffiness throughout your body right now and you may not know it.
Each causes dramatic levels of water retention to occur, which is not true fat tissue but makes you appear much heavier than you really are! This is part of the reason why we tend to look bigger around our menstrual cycle time, because we naturally begin retaining water due to hormonal changes.
I've had weight loss clients lose as much as 10 pounds in a single week just by eliminating the things in their diet that were causing them to retain water... reduce these items as soon as possible.
2. You don't need to go crazy in the gym, but you do need to walk.
Walking, even at a normal pace, has recently been found to provide nearly 90% of the fat-burning impact that a shorter heavy-effort cardio exercise does.
Why this is important is that if the thought of jogging or going to an aerobics class for 30 minutes is too much to bear, you can achieve the same flat stomach effect by walking at a nice relaxed pace for 60 minutes!
Asian Women walk, or bike, everywhere in their native countries, even today. It's rare for those who don't live in America as I do to even own a car, let alone know how to drive!
Walk for at least 45 minutes a day for the next two weeks, you'll be shocked at how it causes your metabolic rate to rise more than you though it would...
