Strawberries sell for 35 coins per plot harvested and take four hours to grow while Pumpkins sell for 68 coins per plot and take eight hours. While Pumpkins have a slightly higher return then Strawberries per plot you can plant twice as many Strawberries in the time it takes to grow a batch of Pumpkins. As a result Strawberries would be more efficient to plant for an eight hour time period.
