That means that while your body does not undergo a lot of wear and tear, you are still getting a thorough workout. This is partly because the water helps support your weight so you are truly exercising your muscles and your cardiovascular system-your weight does not come into play or affect the success of your workout. This exercise has the added benefit of being a lot of fun.
Join an athletic activity that you find fun. Dance classes provide you with a great way to burn calories work your muscles and have fun. Join a water aerobics class.
