Melasma is a skin disorder seen in both men and women

Furthermore, this procedure can be rather expensive, costing between $1000 and $5000 depending upon the amount of treatment needed. Intense pulse light therapy is a safer alternative to laser resurfacing that uses a focuses, intense broadband light to smooth the discoloration. It is also less expensive than a laser procedure.
