You want to delete all of them except for one. The key labelled

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesSystem "DisableTaskMgr" = "1"

This key needs to have its value changed from 1 to 0 (thats a zero not the letter "o"). You change this value by right clicking on it and changing it from 1 back to 0. This will enable task manager. You may need to restart your computer again though to get it to open by restarting in safe mode.

#4 Search for and delete the following files, mtl.dll and random.exe

Once you have done this restart your computer and it should run ok. The only problem with this method is malware like this is constantly changing files names to stop you deleting it and there is no guarantee you will remove it 100%. The other problem is if you have one piece of malware like this on your computer there is a high possibility you have more.
