If the task manager cannot be opened by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL, then these commands

can be run and the fake Antivirus process can be stopped.

Following instructions should be followed to kill the antivirussuite2010.exe and random.exe

processes from the Task Manager.

Go to Start'

Click Run'

Type

Taskkill/f/im random.exe

Next

Taskkill/f/im AntivirusSuite2010.exe

If IE cannot be executed, then the proxy settings of the IE need to be repaired.

Run Internet Explorer, Click Tools>Internet Options.

Select Connections Taband click to Lan Settings button. Uncheck "Use a proxyserver" box.
