In this day and age everyone wants everything now. We make unrealistic goals for ourselves and expect to keep up with it. It is a formula for failure. How can you get your best body fast? You can make small incremental changes to your life that will cause you more success with weight loss. For example, move your body more. It doesn't matter what it is. You don't have to change your whole life. You can incorporate it into your current schedule. You can park your car farther from work and walk the rest of the way. You can do leg liftsand crunches while you're watching TV. There's no clear cut rule here but you just make one change and then add another.

Another thing you can do is to shop smart. Do not shop for food while you're hungry. You'll buy stupid items that will not help with your weight loss goals. Make a list and keep to it. Don't add things on the fly just because you're hungry. Buy smart. Get lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. I think most people would know that these are the foods that you would buy and eat on a healthy diet, no matter what the circumstances are. So get healthy and lose weight.

The best way to increase your metabolism and get you energy all day is to eat 5 smaller meals during the course of the day. It works because you're not hungry and you can even eat your last meal at night. I am a night eater and this worked into my lifestyle nicely.

There are other tips I would recommend. They are very small changes you can implement. Take smaller bites and chew slowly. Drink a lot of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Eat on smaller plates. It makes it look like you have a lot more food.
