Get Your Ex Back Not Out Of Desperation!
Sometimes a failed relationship can be salvaged provided there are certain conditions that have not occurred
. First and foremost, if there was no cheating in the relationship, then trying to get your ex back is a good possibility. The situation of having a third party involved in a relationship is difficult because the issue of trust in the relationship is gone. Trust is the hardest thing to recover and perhaps may not be fully recovered. Although there are exceptions to this situation, it still would be difficult to truly have a good relationship if there is no trust.For other issues, here are some things one can do to revive a former relationship:
- Remain Friends. Having a friendly relationship after a romantic one is a possibility. For some, it may take some time before a friendship between two former lovers happen, but if this is possible, then the lines of communication are always open. Sometimes by still being friends, there will be discussions about the past relationship wherein you and your ex can talk about what happened in the relationship. This candid discussion can actually give you insights on how to renew and revive the interest and relationship.
- Play hard to get. This can also be a strategy for you to take. Lure and bait him and then play hard to get. This can be done by reinventing yourself with a new look, new clothes, and perhaps go out with some girlfriends to a place he frequently haunts and "accidentally" bump into him. Though this may be a superficial strategy, it is one that has continued to work time and again. So why change a winning strategy if it is working?
- Keep in close contact with your common friends. Just because your relationship with your ex has ended, this doesn't mean that your relationship with your common friends has. Maintain a good relationship with them and from time to time, meet up with them or exchange emails. There may be opportunities when there are gatherings that you and your ex will be there. Be friendly with him and strike up a conversation and leave it at that. If he is still interested, he may touch base with you again.
- Do not force the issue. There is a good time and place for everything. After the relationship has ended, do not go and try to fix it right away. Give yourself some time to heal, and to see if you still have feelings for the guy. Review what went wrong, and though it is hard, try to be objective. Over a period of time, perhaps some illumination may be learned from this experience and if you want to get your ex back; at least you know it is not because of desperation.
