Getting help from a counselor or close friend that you can vent to can also be nice because you can get your anger or sadness out without causing problems for yourself. A counselor would probably be best however because you do not want to poor your heart out to a friend and have them get annoyed with you. Counselors can be expensive so talking to a family member could also help.
