Crying and pleading for another chance, making sure we are in the same "area" as our ex. All of these techniques never work, and only make things worse. Much worse. If you are looking to heal a relationship and be reunited with the one you love, you will have to learn what does work, and why. It may go against your every impulse, but just remember that your impulses will cause you problems! So take a deep breath and calm yourself. Your emotions are running the show right now, and you need to get to a place where YOU are running the show.

To heal your relationship and get back together with your ex, there are things you must do. You must learn to re-bond and reconnect. Something brought you together in the first place and you can reconnect from those feelings. You must find a way to forgive and get forgiveness and then start with a clean slate. You must be willing to find and know what was "missing" in your relationship. It's not hard to see when you put yourselves in their shoes! This is the quickest way to find your way back into their heart and soul because understanding is a very powerful force. We all want and need it and when someone sees that you are trying to understand their point of view, reconnecting can begin.

If you are open to learning and healing there is a very good chance that you can heal your broken relationship. It may take a little time and effort, but isn't it worth it to be reunited with the one you love? Sometimes it takes a break up for a couple to become the people they were meant to be...better and stronger couple than before the split.
