to be fragile and you need to maintain it to keep the relationship going. Sadly, break up do occurs. No offense, but if you have a very craving and needy attitude to your ex this will only confirm the reasons for the break up (and for that matter, the intolerable conditions in the relationship that most likely led to its demise). Change this and stop the begging, the clinging and showing the behavior of someone feeling desperate. Act strongly and have a calm attitude showing how much you have come to terms with the situation.
Get along with his friends.You must have mutual friends when you were together, hang out and enjoy being with them. They will surely talk about you in his presence and when he hears positive things about you he may regret his decision to leave you. What's more, he may get the impression that you are doing well and not getting depressed thinking about him.
Just be yourself. This is important to remember because you and you ex's relationship existed for some reason, so return to just being yourself, this will remind your ex about why he/she fell in love with you to begin with. This renewed image of yourself will definitely make an impression to your ex.
Pamper Yourself.If you can afford it, pamper yourself twice a month. Go and get a massage, steam bath or a simple pedicure. Treat yourself to a day spa to appreciate you. Again, this does not have to be expensive if you look in the right places. This can be therapeutic for you, and it will also give you a renewed energy.
Have tolerance.Do not be stern and inflexible with your ex. Give them some space and free choice when it comes to practical issues like when to move out and get their things collected. Listen and understand. This could show a whole new side of yourself which could be a positive surprise for your ex. All by itself, It could help build up the broken communication lines that very well could have contributed to the break up.
When you do this, make sure that you look really happy.. so that your ex will also feel guilty that he/she didn't make you as happy as you are now. Your ex will become so crazy that your attention is no longer on him/her that they will probably be begging you back. Poor thing!
