Getting My Ex Boyfriend Back - What I Did To Get Him Back?

When my ex boyfriend asked to have a talk to with me

, I knew that this wasn't a good sign, especially because we had been fighting a lot recently. That talk was the one that ended our relationship. He told me that he wanted us to go our separate ways, but wanted to remain friends.

Of course, when he told me he wants us to remain friends, I knew that he still had some sort of feelings for me. So what I did, was to write him a letter, telling him how I felt. However, when I was about to send the letter, a friend stopped me, telling me that it's the worst thing I could do, because it will show him that I'm desperate. She said that she went through the same thing with her boyfriend who was now her husband, and gave me some tips.

The first thing she made me do was to think about what went wrong, and why we broke up. I realized that in the relationship we both changed, but I changed the most and not in a good way. I wasn't the person he fell in love with. This made me want to work on becoming that person again, because I wanted him to be proud of me. And so I did.

The other thing she told me was to give him space, let him sort things out on his own. Time heals all wounds she told me. So, instead of waiting for the phone to ring, I started living my life, giving him time to heal, and allowing myself to feel good about myself. It didn't take long before he started calling me because he wanted to know what I've been up to, and when he saw how I changed, he wanted to give our relationship another chance.
