Angry is a very passionate emotion. It can take you up or down. It will depend on the method that you are able to handle the emotion and what you propose to do with it. You do not want to let the anger that you have inside you got too far advanced. You want to make certain that you can restrain it and keep it under control for your sake and the sake of other people.
