The best way to start getting rid of stomach fat is to lower your body fat ratio to muscle ratio. By lowering your body fat, your muscles will be more visible and you can show them proudly. The way to achieve the fittest abs you have ever had is to educate yourself on proper nutrition and exercise. Getting rid of stomach fat using pills, juices, creams and expensive abdominal machines will not be effective, because the fat surrounding the muscle must be eliminated. Proper nutrition must be added to the equation.

Unless you have a healthy diet, eat the "right" foods and do the "right" exercises, the fat will remain and you will never have the trim waist line you have always wanted. You need the combination of a healthy diet and a regular exercise routine to get in shape and stay in shape!
