Do you want to get your ex back? If yes, you should follow these simple but effectiverules as they will dramatically increase your chances of winning your ex back.
You must never chase after your ex lover or spouse. It will never work so don't try to beg or plead with her/him to reconsider breaking up with you. Don't try to convince your ex partner that you have changed and the things will be different from now on. This course of action will only reinforce the decision to leave you.

In order to get your ex back you have to recapture her/his attention. You want your ex to look at you as an attractive member of opposite sex again. So stop chasing and start moving in the opposite direction. You want get your ex's attention again... then stop focusing on saving your relationship and start working on creating a "new" life for yourself. There is no question that she/he will notice this change almost immediately. But don't tell anything... just let your ex discover things about "new" life.

So instead of telling your ex how much you have changed... let her/him discover things about you. You should even be a little secretive, mysterious about your "new" life. Be original, different from others. Start displaying confidence with a light flavour of "I don't really need you" attitude.
