Getting Your Ex Back When You're The One Who Broke Up
Getting your ex back when you're the one who ended the relationship might seem like a tricky proposition. But it can be done. If you decide quickly that you want to backtrack and try to save your relationship by getting your ex back, luck is on your side. At this time, your ex probably still carries a pretty big torch for you. This means that you still have an emotional connection and that, no matter how angry and hurt your ex might be, he or she might be willing to give you another chance simply based on the fact that he or she is still in love with you.
But, you're going to have to overcome the sting of pride that your ex might be feeling in order to really reconnect and win your place in his or her heart all over again. It may not be the easiest obstacle to overcome where relationships are concerned but it is most definitely doable. You know, deep down inside that this is a special situation. You've done what so many other people have done over the years. You let go of something special. The problem is you didn't realize just how special and valuable it was to you until it was gone.
You know it's water under the bridge but it still feels fresh and new to you. Chances are good that it will feel the same way to your ex too. But, how do you get the point across so that your ex knows you've changed your mind? What's the best approach to convince your ex to give your relationship a second chance? Is there one? Can it really be that easy to save your relationship after you called the whole thing off? Can you get your ex back that easily?
Sometimes it's just that simple. Sometimes it's not nearly as hard as you believe it will be. The biggest, and most difficult, part of all this is the leap of faith required to just put your heart and pride on the line to let your ex know that you made a mistake and want another chance.
