Give your input to save the planet by recycling cell phones

Recently Japan has been struck by a massive earthquake and tsunami, causing nuclear reactors to explode and eventually have brought out the harm to the country men being irradiated with nuclear radiations. People talk about world going to end in 2012, and some just perceive that this may be the starting. This is much of surprise that people are not getting it that what all may be happening, somewhere or someplace we all are responsible for this.

In continuous hunger of advancement and making mankind technologically advanced, we are continuously misusing it, depleting the natural resources and still are quite ignorant of it. This ignorance has not only caused us to pay as of now but many times earlier, the only difference is earlier loss was less and now it is huge. Global warming, earthquakes, nuclear explosions, volcanoes, tornados, tsunami, are all nature's way of showing us, in fact alarming us of our fate.

Have we ever noticed how much rubbish one alone create in a day, and then imagined how much rubbish the world's population produces in a single day? Or have you ever wondered what happens to all the packaging used for our lunchboxes, coffee cups and electronics packaging or our old cell phones we simply dump them in ground holes and what impact they have on our environment and health? If your answer to these questions is no, maybe it is time we give it more thought. Because it is important for every one of us to understand the impact of our human activities on mother earth. Ultimately, like it or not, we would be at the receiving end of what we do.

Still if we be aware and just take a step each day to contribute into saving our mother earth and its environment, the effect in totality would greatly enhance the well being of our planet. If we do not do our part now to protect the earth from harm and conserve the world's resources, our valuable resources would be depleted one day, and there could be so much rubbish and pollution that Earth would not be livable anymore, if not totally destroyed.

You can start by giving a thought to recycling cell phones , because this is one thing totally under your control, you can decide whether to sell it, refurbish it, recycle it to extract elements that can be used for various purpose. There are many organizations as cell phones for soldiers or cell phones for seniors wherein you can even donate and make an ethical contribution to not only earth but also to the mankind.
