Goa Best Destination With Treasure Of Tourist Places To Visit

We were heading towards our fourth trip to Goa

. Everyone was excited since Goa is so much inviting, that if you visit this destination number of times then also you will think of visiting it once more. Whenever we went to Goa, we had many new things to explore. The tourist places in Goa comprise of exotic beaches, historical monuments, beautiful landscapes, green forests, waterfalls, spice plantations and the cruise on river.

Our team mates mostly youngsters were interested in spending more time on the beaches. The most popular among the Goa tourist places are the beaches of Goa, which are admired by worldwide tourists. Whenever we come to Goa we try to explore some new beaches. Every beach has its own charm. The most popular and major beaches are Dona Paula, Colva, Mobor, Baga, Benaulim, Palolem, Betul, Bogmalo, Anjuna, Agonda, Calangute and Vagator. Dona Paula is located at just seven km from Panaji, which is popular as lovers paradise. We spent a whole day on the beach enjoying beach volleyball and other small team events. We spent rest of the evening sitting on the platform, chatting and watching the enticing sea and harbor at the backdrop.

The beach we liked the most is Colva beach. Colva is the longest beach with fine white sand and decorated with palm trees. This beach has many beach shacks, where we love to get the ultimate taste of Goan curry and the spicy sea food. Baga beach is at nine km from Mapusa. There are lots of opportunities for water sports on Baga like Para sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and jet skiing. Whenever we come to Baga our favorite activities are jet skiing and riding a dolphin safari. Calangute is fifteen km from capital Panjim. Here we sipped beer and tried the trinkets made of seashells at the stalls on the beach.

As per our opinion you should keep one full day to visit the forts. We started early morning and visited the forts Cabo De rama and Aguada which are visited by most of the tourists. Aguada is located near river Mandovi. We were stunned by thirteen meter high lighthouse which is the highlight of the fort Aguada. Cabo de rama is located on the southern coast, the church inside the fort is still in good condition. Church of St Alex with two towers is the place we never forget to visit, which offers complete peace of mind

The hotels and resorts in Goa are the best means to stay and enjoy your vacations at the beach destination. We preferred to stay at one of the beach hotels at Colva. Hotel Graciano cottages, where we stayed were a nice deal. Due to the proximity of the fascinating Colva beach, we were at liberty to visit the beach whenever we liked. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and foes in future. The evening on the previous day of winding up proved to be a feast. We took food from the hotel and settled on the beach for the whole night enjoying the food and chatting among ourselves.

Goa vacations, may it be for leisure or for enjoying the adventure sports one thing we will say is Goa is the best destination for all types of tourists. And the places to visit in Goa must include popular beaches, forts, flea markets, temples and the ancient churches.
