A good start I thought this game was a bit vague and hard to get used to it and one inch panel controlled all movement in nature is shaking. Frankly, I just play Gears Of War for Xbox and Call Of Duty. This game has brought something new and striking the table. The story line is tempting, and a variety of characters is amazing. They do not like Call Of Duty, if all you do is kill people all the time. In this game you kill monsters and other creatures. Test your skills, because every opponent destructible unique ways. And this is one hell swinging character. It means a machine with an irresistible desire for revenge. I highly recommend this game for any PS3 owners it in the end, this game will show that the PS3 can actually!

SOMETHING NEW FOR A STUBBORN GAMER
Okay at first I thought this game was a bit confusing and hard to get used to since one thumb pad controlled the entire movement of the character Kratos. Honestly, I used to only play Gears of War on the Xbox and Call of Duty. This game brought something fresh and amazing to the table. The story line is enticing and the diversity of characters is astounding. Its not like call of duty where all you do is kill humans the entire time. In this game, you kill monsters and different type of monsters. Your skills are put to the test since every adversary is destructible in unique ways. And Kratos is one hell of a character. He is a mean machine with a unstoppable desire for vengeance. I highly recommend this game for every owner of the ps3 cause, at the end of the day, this game shows you what the ps3 is really capable of doing!!!

God Of War III
I Love This Game--It's The Sickest!
it is an extremely fun game especially for those into greek mythology. It is also great for those who love to see graphical violence at a tamer level. To enjoy the full game experience I recommend buying the god of war collection since it is all one long story. There are lots more bosses than the other games and it is really fun to kill the gods. It's a lot more complicated with four different weapons and different magical abilities so to use different magics you have to switch the weapons. It takes at the very least 8 to 9 hours of solid playing if you never die so you don't have to worry about it being a short game. Overall, I feel that it is an extremely good game and I definitely recommend it to everyone with a ps3 especially to those who have the first two games.

The same old God of War with better graphics.
I loved the first and second God of War games so I felt I had to get this one. I have played a lot of sandbox games in between the last God of War and this new one so when I played this I forgot how limited you were on what you did you are basically on an assembly line like most older games. I mean you can't even jump over little ledges if you want to and I hate the limited camera angles, that sucks. The button mashing seems to get old and I realized don't care about Kratos and his revenge anymore, he's kind of getting redundant. One thing I do love are the graphics and the huge scale of everything, they are fantastic but not enough to keep my interest. They need to make a second Shadow Of The Colossus game with this stunning of graphics.
I'm 80% thru with this game and I hope to beat it soon before I loose total interest in the game, at least I will have nice graphics to help me out.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this great game. The graphics are absolutely THE BEST in every way possible. Every bit of detail is rendered beautifully, and the sense of scale will truly amaze you. Secondly is the combat. If you've already played the first two, then the controls will feel familiar to GOW veterans. Kratos' main weapons will be, of course, the Blades of Chaos(*SPOLIER!!!* Although they do get changed magically into the Blades of Exile early on*), but other weapons will be acquired throughout the epic quest of revenge. This is also probably the goriest/bloodiest and most violent game on the market that's just barely a hair away from getting the AO rating(Adults Only). Enemies will scream out in pain as you rip them limb from limb, and when it comes time to execute the context sensitive events, the true brutality of Kratos can be beheld. Another thing about the context sensitive events is that there's no more need to stare directly at the screen and miss out on the action while executing, since each event has been cleverly moved to where the player can clearly see what buttons to push, while being able to witness the chaos without having to look away from the action. Boss battles are truly the highlight of GOW3, where the amount of depth and scale play a major role in making the player feel like an ant against a full grown adult. I thought that the story felt awkward at some points(*SPOLIER!!! Like when Kratos has to travel through his memories in the dark*) but it didn't completely fall flat on its face. After you've completed the Spartans quest, you're able to unlock different difficulty modes and watch a few videos, as well as play some challenges to unlock extras. That being said, GOW3 is a game you MUST buy. Even if you haven't played the first two games, you can still understand most of the story by the summary at the beginning of the game. I advise, though, that if you're squeamish or afraid of blood, you shouldn't touch this game with a billion foot pole. If you a lover of violence, blood, or you just wanna take down a few gods, then this game is definitely a must for your PlayStation 3 library.
