Another thing that Coach Johnson does in this preparation process is that he has

the ability to take a player from college and to put him in a position that best utilizes his skills. He can see someone, and he can say, That guy would be perfect as a wide receiver. This person would really do well as a quarterback or a defensive back. The Coach is very blunt. He says, Dont try to do it all. Dont try to be the quarterback, the running back, the tight end, the linebacker. You find your position which Ill help you find Ill show you what you need to do to help the team. If you follow your agenda, your game plan, if you know your position, how you fit into the scheme of things, were going to win.

When we sign on to Gods team, the Holy Spirit gives us unique spiritual gifts. Im talking about things that you can do that I cant do, things that I can do that you cant do. These spiritual gifts take us above and beyond our natural ability. He gives every person at least one. The Holy Spirit of God says, You concentrate on that one gift. Do that one thing. You go for that. When you go for that, youll be a part of Gods vast team to bring about the Good News to so many people that need to hear it. If you know what your spiritual gift is, you dont have to spend all your time wasting time. Well, I wonder if I should do this? Or over here Or maybe I should do this, or, not that, but this! Do you know your position? Do you know your position? Ed Young Pastor says, the Bible tells us in Ephesians 2:10, We are His, thats a capital His, meaning Gods, we are His workmanship. This word workmanship is pronounced in the Greek poema. We get the word poem from it. In other words, we are a walking, talking, living, breathing, piece of artwork from God. Are you treating life like that? Do you have a view of Gods economy like that?

After this preparation process takes place with the playbook, after it takes place with knowing your position, then Coach Johnson does something else. Its time to concentrate on the opposition.
