The truth is, you don't really need to have supplements to get the body you want. You can do it the old fashioned way, discipline and hard work.

You do not want to be dependent on drugs and supplements

If you have done your homework, you might find that the effects of nutritional supplements vary among people. It could be friends, family members, or acquaintances who happen to share their experiences with you when you come across each other at the gym. If you keep drinking supplements without moderation, you might become dependent on these and possibly even addicted to them. You wouldn't want to go through side effects that have affected hundreds and perhaps even thousands of users around the world. Is your health really worth giving up just so you could get a body that you want the quickest way possible? Different supplements could have a range of side effects that could lead to a break out in acne or pimples, or even liver problems, kidney problems, and an irregular heartbeat.

Doing it the old fashioned way would have more benefits

So do away with those muscle mass builders, toners, fat burners and other supplements that you might have. Doing it naturally definitely does have its benefits. You will also appreciate the form that you have much, much more.
