? Every time I try to go and workout I succeed for a little and then give up because I'm burnt out. If this describes you too, then I have some helpful hints that will allow you to gain the edge on your muscle building efforts.

The first tip that I can advise to you is to workout less often than what you're doing right now. When I worked out, my best results came when I was working out only 3 times a week. You should do the same with your goals and bodybuilding efforts. Believe it or not, you can actually see more results when you workout less often.

It's true, and I've seen it myself with my bodybuilding efforts. And not only did I workout less per week, I even cut my workout time in half to only 30 minutes. I used to workout for a whole hour, but when I cut my time in half, I saw that I gained more muscle - and it took me only a short period of time to do so.

The next thing that you will want to do is get yourself some good muscle building supplements. I'm sure you've heard of whey protein and all the rave about them - and you should know that they are good for helping you to build muscle. There are alot of these kinds of products in the marketplace, but one that did wonders for me is called "Mass Tech".


Mass Tech is a product that contains 1000 calories per serving. The last time I tried Mass Tech I had dudes asking me about my workout regimen. It had THAT profound of an effect on my body. One thing that you should know about Mass Tech however is that it isn't cheap. Yes, it can be found at your local GNC store, but it will cost you $60 per container. Each container will last you about 1 week, so prepare to spend at least $240 a month for it all together.

Besides that part of it, it's a great product, and is something that I highly suggest you use today. Another thing that you will want to incorporate in your workouts is something called a "superset". A superset is when you do 2 exercises back-to-back with no rest period in between. It requires alot of energy, but when done correctly, it can have an enormous impact on your bodybuilding efforts.

A great example of a superset is if you were to exercise your biceps and then follow it up with a tricep exercise. This is a great way to get a ton of effort out of your workouts.


All of these tips for lifting weights are very effective. Like I said, use Mass Tech if you have the money for it because it is a really great product. If you're lactose intolerant however, prepare to take a few trips to the bathroom every other day. Other than that, it's a wonderful product to use.
