4. The worthwhile saying of NO

If you are used to giving favor especially to your very good friend, now is the time to say your sweet No. Not at all times saying yes to a friend's request is good. Say No at times to give you some break to spend for yourself. Emergency case is an exemption though.

If you practice good time management, you will end up managing your time responsibly and come up with more room to appreciating your environment. More time is now spent on vacation and yes, a good nights sleep.
