They seem to be tuning it for global use. The web sites with high quality, original content have nothing to worry about. SEO companies who post real press releases and publish high quality articles in decent places also have nothing to worry about. The visitor numbers and search engine rankings of content farms have dropped about 30% since the algorithm change.
