Acne is not a friend to anybody, which is why Epicuren has created a line of skin
care products that can effectively and healthfully treat even the most troubled skin. Everyone has different skin care needs, different genetics, and different diets, which is why it's difficult to give an all-encompassing skin care regimen that can treat all people, but the following Epicuren regimen can be used as a template for fighting acne.
1) Cleanse with the Gelle Cleanser morning and night.
2) Always use the Protein Mist after cleansing (this is a toner).
3) Exfoliate the face and body with the Mandarine Orange Body Scrub 2-3 times a week in the shower. Mix it 50/50 with the Gelle Cleanser.
4) Use the Apricot Facial Emulsion mixed 50/50 with the Aloe Vera Gel (*Here's the problem with teens, they rarely cleanse after sports and teens feel that if they are breaking out they have oily skin and do not need a moisturizer. This is NOT true! Everyone needs to use a moisturizer - this gives your skin the hydration it is craving and prevents it from producing its own oils, which cause acne.*) Choosing the right moisturizer can be the tricky part, which is why I always suggest the Apricot Facial Emulsion mixed with the Aloe Vera Gel. This allows you the control of how much moisture your skin needs at the time. Mix the two in the palm of your hand and then apply it to your face.
5) To spot treat blemishes, the Lancer Gel is perfect!
