Green tea is helpful in anti aging because it's loaded with antioxidant that fight off free radicals which cause aging. Even though multivitamins are a good idea, our bodies already get the nutrients from the food that we consume each day. In your daily diet, be sure to include lots of fruits and vegetables. Not only will you get vitamins and minerals, but you're also giving your body more antioxidants. One of nature's "super foods" are blueberries, and they also contain extremely high antioxidant values.
You also need to exercise if you want to keep yourself from aging because it helps keep the weight down and works the heart, tones the muscles and gets the blood flowing. Exercise can help you look young and feel young. It's a habit with lots of benefits.
Getting enough sleep is also important, and people who look younger than their age can vouch for that. If you're not getting enough sleep, then you'd better find ways to do so. Turn off the television early and take a book to bed instead. Because it's quieter and you're more relaxed, you'll have an easier time getting to sleep.
Take time to take care of your skin because if you don't do it now, later may be too late. You should protect your skin now. If you take care of your skin now, in a few years you'll thank yourself because you look younger and feel younger as well.
