Great Date Ideas That Will Not Hurt Your Wallet

When you finally get a date with a girl, you now need to come up with places to go and things to do

. Dates can be very expensive if you are not careful. Sure you can go out to a magnificent restaurant that costs over $100 for dinner for the two of you, but will it make her like you any more? No, she will not like you because of what you can afford but instead she will like you because of your personality.

So here are some great date ideas that will not hurt your wallet but will still impress her.

Take a trip down to the beach if you live within driving distance of the coast. If you can, try to pick a beach where there is not an enormous amount of people. It would be more romantic if there is not a lot of people around. Here in California, I like Crystal Cove State Park because there is not a lot of people that are down by the water compared to the surrounding beaches like Laguna, Huntington, or Newport beach. It is not the best beach around, but there are plenty of tide pools and even an overlook that has a beautiful view. Just take a look at different beaches and see which one you think would be best for a date.

Take a trip up to a mountain that is around where you live. Find a nice spot that overlooks the city and take your date up there. If you have a truck, reverse it in the spot and you two can sit in the back with a beautiful view of the city. If you go at night, be sure to bring a blanket and you can wrap up in it with her.

Have a date over at your house. Cook dinner for her, or both of you can cook but make sure it is fun if you decide that both of you are cooking together. After you sit down and have dinner, follow it up with a movie. As simple as this is, it can be a great date to get to know each other.

When thinking of dates to go on, try to think of things to do that have you two interacting. You might have noticed that I said to have dinner and then a movie, rather than just a movie. At dinner you get time to talk and actually get to know each other. After all, getting to know each other should be your main focus of the date. Dating can get to be expensive, but it does not need to be like that every single date. Mix in some dates that won"t make you go broke and things should be looking better for your financial future. Once again, you should remember that she should like you because of the way you are and not because of your money!
