When I was a child, for some reason I must go to school far away from my home. I got up very early in the morning, you know a child often want to sleep more, and I flied to my school even do not care the great breakfast prepared by mom. What the fast food or eat nothing left me was stomach pain.

And then I cooked meals as it which becomes my family's menu. Once in our family table, my mom said that you haven't stomach pain, right? Suddenly, I know what I have got from my best friend and this book. What I ate is not only a dish, they are medicine. Some foods combination is medicine and digestive.
