You can test various products on the market, but don't spend hundreds of dollars on everything you can find. If a couple of brand face washes or creams don't do the trick, you can try several natural methods such as a Vitamin A and E boost or egg masks, or you can choose to visit a dermatologist.
As a final note, try to avoid picking or peeling at the acne, as this will only irritate the skin further. Keep your hands and hair away from your face as much as possible, and above anything else, avoid over-scrubbing or over-washing your face.
